Ystalyfera Secondary School Phases 1, 2 & 3

This school project consisted of three phases. The first phase comprising the demolition of a 1960’s three storey teaching block and the construction of a new 3 storey building, the second phase comprising a two-storey primary school teaching block and third phase the construction of a two storey teaching block with hall and canteen facilities.

The scheme was constructed within the fully operational school campus. All project phases were designed to BIM Level 2 and all achieved a BREEAM excellent rating.
