Raymond joined Bingham Hall Partnership Limited in 1985 and become a Main Board Director in 2006.

Raymond has a total of 38 years’ experience of working for consulting civil and structural engineers in the construction industry, in tandem he has worked as a part time University Lecturer in structural design. In his time outside the office, he has served as a member of the Civil Engineering Industrial Advisory Board of the University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales) and on the board of governors of a local special school.

He undertakes ‘hands on’ involvement in all aspects of the projects he manages throughout their life from inception to completion and beyond providing post completion customer care. Raymond is also the Director responsible for developing and maintaining the Practice Quality System.

David commenced his career as a civil and structural technician in 1975 working for a large well established Welsh base practice. He then entered full time education obtaining a degree in civil engineering and on completion initially joined Bingham Hall Partnership Limited in 1981 as a graduate engineer.

Following chartership he spent a short time working for a national practice prior to returning to Bingham Hall Partnership Limited, becoming a Main Board Director in 2006.

David has more than 40 years’ experience of working within the construction industry.

He undertakes a close interest in all aspects of the projects he manages from inception to completion and beyond providing post completion customer care.
