YGG, Aberdar

The project makes use of a significantly sloping parcel of land located off the end of the eastern wing of the existing school building.

In response to the topography the development is set across a part single storey, part 2 storey extension necessitating a significant reinforced concrete retaining wall providing ground and lower ground floor accommodation.

Additionally, the project includes a small extension to the existing hall off its north eastern face. External works include a new MUGA, a significant extension to the existing car parking provision and a new sprinkler tank.
