Upgrade, Bro Dyfi Community Hospital, Machynlleth

The development will firmly establish Bro Ddyfi Community Hospital as an integrated health and well-being facility for the local community. As well as integrating primary care services into the hospital site, the facility will also provide a base for health, local authority and third sector teams, encouraging improved integration and efficiency and supporting wellbeing, prevention and health promotion.

The scope of the project entails demolition and reconstruction of significant areas of the hospital, including the retention of the building façade which fronts the hospital site and Section 278 Highway works on the A489 Heol Maengwyn trunk road which runs immediately adjacent to the hospitals front southern boundary.
