Swansea Innovation Campus

Bingham Hall Partnership Limited’s role on this prestigious project for Swansea University consisted of providing input to develop the Client’s early stage masterplan, the design of all the civil engineering infrastructure works including on site roads, sustainable drainage and outfalls, together with the structural design and detailing of piled substructures for eleven buildings.

We also undertook the design of significant off site section 278 adopted highway alteration works on Fabian Way, the main access route into Swansea city centre from the M4 motorway.
