The Hideaway, Truro

This project, for a private developer, comprised a unique development of 14 number 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments nestled away in the heart of Truro City Centre. Each apartment benefits from feature balconies to both the front and rear of the building and direct private access via a private lift from the underground car park.

The Hideaway occupies a brownfield site of the former Tremorvah House, originally built as a grand home for a four-times Mayer in 1845. The design had to overcome the challenging site topography and strict limitations on building height.
