Conversion of the Former Brecon Magistrates Courts to Affordable Apartments

This project comprised the refurbishment, extension and remodelling of the former Magistrates Courts building into 21 affordable apartments.

Works generally entailed the refurbishment and remodelling of the former courts building together with the construction of two relatively small extensions located off the north western and south eastern shorter elevations of the existing building.

To facilitate the south eastern extension the former secure van dock was demolished.
